Join Stephanie Lawson '06 for a beginner's Pilates mat class. We will learn the first 6 exercises in Joe Pilates' mat order. The beginner's exercises are a safe way to build flexibility, core strength, coordination and control of the body. These are exercises are meant to be done from home, all you need is a comfortable/padded floor and room to stretch out! All participants must fill out this online health form, and there is no charge for this class.
